Face massage tutorial - Session 6 - Nose

For treatment purposes, an experienced Chinese Medicine doctor can tell by looking at the swollen and harden of the muscle on side of nose, that indicate the sign of Sinus Congestion, running nose or difficulty breathing. The solution is either using acupuncture or  massage the nose from the beginning of brow toward the Ying Xiang (LI20 acupoint), the side of Ala of nose. For a regular nose massage routine (twice a day) with the moderate massage strength to relax the nose muscles, the nose problems can be solve easily.

Face massage tutorial - Session 1 - Forehead

This free video teach you a very simple yet effective home facial massage treatment. You can do it at your own home ( DIY).

The forehead massage demonstrated with our version of Face Massage tool and herbal night gel from Ho Modesty Consultancy. Herbal night gel is an oil based gel suitable to treat :
