FAQ : “Stubborn patches on cheek bone aren't going away even by using your products"

Madam Mak ASKS :
just want to update you with my situation as I will be placing my third order soon before I am running out of cream/herbal tea/mask...
It has been almost 3 months since I first started this program; during this time I have been diligently following your instructions – i.e. plus massaging my face twice daily using the taught technique from your site… as a whole I have to say my face is a lot firmer especially around my jaw line; my under eye bags and dark circles improve quite a bit; my face also brighter now, even my massage therapist mentioned it the other day to me.
My sleeping pattern getting better as well, now I really don't need to take sleeping pills at night…the pigmentation on my face seems okay  except there are two patches on my face (left hand side on my cheek bone and also the patch underneath the cheek bone on the right) that are so stubborn – I don’t see any decreases in size or lighter in color as of yet… is it still early to see the result yet? Really worry that these two patches are not going to go away. Since I have a kidney problem and someone told me that the pigmentation may have something associates with that… if that is really the cause of my face pigmentation – will this program still help? Can you customize my herbal drink to help to clean up my kidney and hopefully that will help with that two stubborn patches on my face? I will be really appreciate if you can help as I have already tried almost every method that I had heard of but eventually they still failed  me. I am anxious..
Plus my skin seems to become a bit on the dry side compare from before started the program, is there anything I should be aware of ?

ANSWER from Alexander Ho :
In brief, the two stubborn patches on your face might be the first developed many years ago, it has a "deep root" (in layman's term) under it. What you can do is to fully utilize the dermal needles. My advise is to spend more time tapping on those stubborn patches, the strength from your hand can be slightly heavier than what you perform on the other part of your face. For what every you do, do not make those patches bleed or create open wound, if redness occur, that is ok. It depend on your skin recovery and your tapping strength, ideally, 2 sessions of dermal needles a week is enough. If you have very thin skin or sensitive skin, you might try it once a week for the beginning weeks.
For face massage, do not perform it the next 1 or 2 days after dermal needles, because it will damage the skin repair process. Always observe your skin texture, if there is a mild irritation or redness occur (after dermal needles session), skip the face massage routine for a while. Remember, do not push yourself too much.
An extra tip to massage those stubborn dark patches is to use the massage board by pressing down  and move around on those dark patches. When carefully inspect and feel your skin, you might be able to find out --- there are certain point which give you numbness or abnormal mild pain. Massage on those points, it will help you to break the "root", that is to break the dark spots easily. Those sensitive point is the blockage point, through massage or acupressure technique (rubbing on it),  it will eliminate the dark patches easily.
If you notice your skin become dry, it might be the herbal mask or the dermal needles causing it. This is normal when your skin is renewing. What you need to do is to apply more herbal night gel to lock the natural moisture to your skin. Because I am not very sure what is the humidity of your living place, if your humidity less than 50%, you need to apply slightly thicker herbal night gel, because the lowest humidity mean less water contain in the air. As a result of that, your skin might become dry.

REPLY from Madam Mak :

One good news is... I believe that stubbornness of my two patches were deal to my patting them with the dermal needle too harsh - they bruised.. .they appeared so much darker...few days after I emailed you... They are a lot lighter and smaller in size...the dark skin also slightly peeling off - as well... I am so happy to see the improvement.
