How are you! I am Alexander Ho. I am a Chinese Medicine physician & acupuncturist .Thank for visiting my blog, Let me introduce myself.

I was born on 24 Dec 1979, Blood type is "O", I like reading very much. My hometown is Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. I graduated from The One Academy with a Diploma in Multimedia Design. Because I have a great interest in health & well-being field, I worked with Fitness First & True Fitness club for 4 years. At the same time, I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture from  KL Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. For about 6 to 7 years of works and studies life, I finally become a Chinese Medicine physician & acupuncturist.

It wasn't easy for me to manage my career while taking Chinese Medicine course at the same time. Although I always busy, but I feel glad for using my time wisely on learning Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. After graduated, I used to work in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah for 1 year. It wasn't easy for me to persuade eldest people to be treated by me, because people in Sabah are more conservative and not easy to trust young physician like me. However, I managed to treat a few infertility patients by acupuncture in Sabah.

It was time for me to left my family again in year end of 2009. I decided to spend another 3 years to take another up grade course in my college. It was a difficult decision to look for a Chinese Medicine job in Kuala Lumpur, not only the paid is much lower than a sale promoter in shopping mall but also not many Chinese Medicine clinics like to hire a young physician like me. At that time, I was upset and I told myself," I never give up even if I have to depend on myself!" I was motivated by my father, he said," It's ok, your life will be meaningful when you really enjoy what you do! The process is much more important than the result!"

The first 2 years, I run a home based SOHO acupuncture office at Subang Jaya. Everyday is a war for me. From unstable income to all kind of problems in managing this small business, the beginning was really difficult, it took me tears and sweats to learn from mistakes. There were difficult time when I ordered too much unnecessary herbs and end up to owe too much money from suppliers, but I still want to thank God for those challenges, because it train me to become better in the future. I am happy to have a few sincere friends and classmates who always help me by giving advices, also patients who keep supporting me.

Now, I have an small acupuncture office in Kelana Jaya. Thank for a few of church brothers and sisters who provided an office for me. We Christians believed God always bless us and Jesus loves to see people helping each others! In order to increase patients' satisfaction, learning the new treatment skills has become my daily routine or you can called it a habit! From continuously learning, I finally discover the secret herbals formulation for combating skin pigmentation and wrinkles, besides that my special impotence and premature ejaculation supplements are very famous among the male clients as well! In this year, it is the harvest time to help more people to restore their health again! In my clinic, there's always something amaze you!

From now onward, I will be hard working, to make sure every patients' health goal will be achieved! I hope when you visit me in my clinic, you can always feel like visiting an old friend! Freckles & Sun burn spots treated successfully in 3 months !

Skin Problems : freckles, sunburn spots since 10 years ago

I had suffered from congenital freckles since young. It wasn't too serious before 20 years old. It become worse if I go under sun for long hours. My skin problems has affected my life, I become very low self-esteem that I do not feel comfortable to talk to people face to face.

After graduated from college, I started to have a stable job and earn a bit of money, I visited plastic surgery clinic for Laser treatment. The side effect from my Laser treatment caused my face become red, tingling and painful but what I couldn't tolerate and very angry are those pigmentation spots appeared again. Later on, I didn't want to try any Laser or Photo light therapy, I began to use skin care products that claimed to be safe to sensitive skin yet can treat skin pigmentation. I turn up to be really mad about getting rid of my stubborn skin pigmentation, I almost tried all kind of spots reduction creams on the market. I even listened to people, believing that Vitamin C and Vitamin E are good for skin, not surprise that I took those Vitamin for 1 year! I almost have depression because I had suffered too much from my stubborn freckles and sunburn marks.

 

Nowadays, Chinese Medicine has become more popular in treating all kind of diseases. People are seeking for more natural, safe and effective therapy for anti-aging. Love Carnival July 2011 - Alex

Love Carnival July 2011 is a Charity work that held by ECA Church and some of the Malaysia Government Departments to bless the people in Taman Muda, Cheras. Ho Modesty Consultancy is one of the participate that provide FREE Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and giving FREE Chinese Medicine formulation to the people who live in Taman Muda.


Those who wear purple T-shirt are my brothers & sisters from ECA Church. This day, Pastor Sia (left) all the way from New Zealand  to support our event.



Registration is needed before they came to see Chinese Medicine Physician.

On my right side, there are Western Medicine physician who provide FREE Blood sugar & Blood pressure analysis.

There was a huge crowd outsides our room.

There are too many of them who is waiting to get Chinese Medicine consultation from us.

Me & Ms. Sim Kui Liang, my best friend, who also a Chinese Medicine physician were really busy diagnosing patients who come to us.

Even it's near to lunch time, people still waiting to see us! They sit patiently while reading newspaper and wait for their name to be called.

Alex must be extremely focus on the medical history told by the patients. Alex noticed most women are very health conscious. They love Chinese Medicine treatment because it is very effective and yet natural, no side effect to their bodies. Alex learnt a lot from them. The more I see them, I think of my mother. Just wish to have more time to take care of her.

Sometimes, we as Chinese Medicine physician need to explain more to our patients. To tell them how to manage a stress-free lifestyle and tell them some well-being tips that they can do it at home.

Although we might be very tired after seeing more than 50 patients in a day, but we felt very happy because we are doing something meaningful to the society. God loves to see us blessing people with our gift from him.

Alex & Charity acupuncture works in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Every Wednesday afternoon, Alex works as Charity Acupuncturist, helping people who is poor and in need.

My Lecturer - Professor Chu came back from Osaka, Japan. She bought some lovely Chocolates for me. Professor Chu is a great Chinese Medicine physician, she lead the whole Charity Acupuncture event in Petaling Jaya. I've learnt a lot from her.

Alex works in the Chinese Medicine room. I help them to mix and prepare the Chinese Medicine supplement for patients. You can see there are more than 100 types of Chinese Medicine solutions in this small room. I had been working more than a year in there, I know all the Chinese Medicine's characteristics.

Appreciation for patient who had received her very first acupuncture session in her life!
