《我的自述》

大家好! 这是一篇有关我的故事。在亚庇，很多人以为我是西马人，也有人认为我是韩国人或中国游客。所谓 : 少小离家老大回，乡音无改鬓毛衰。 儿童相见不相识，笑问客从何处来，我还是把自己介绍给大家吧!

我叫何敬意，我是沙巴客家人，很多年前是崇正中学毕业的，后来去了吉隆坡念书。和大部分的年轻人一样，20岁的青春岁月也是很精彩的。在那段日子，我修读多媒体与广告设计，在学院也混得不错，很多西马的朋友特别照顾沙巴人，所以我也认识了一辈子的朋友，当然也谈过两段恋爱! 一到周末也喜欢到pub/disco喝酒、跳舞跳到天亮，和朋友到Mamak档喝茶到半夜。 毕业后，也从事过不同行业的工作，人生过得浮浮沉沉，总觉得人生不应该只是嬉笑欢乐地过日子。一直到了25岁的那一年才开始思考人生的志向，有一天逛茨厂街发现吉隆坡中医学院招生就一头栽进中医里头，反正自己很喜欢保健养生的东西， 不如试试报读。

我在吉隆坡中医学院花了三年修完专业针灸文凭，本来当个针灸师就好了，可是我快要30岁了，我心里有个遗憾，这一辈还没念过大学，我想念大学。于是决定到黑龙江中医药大学实习并且考获中医内科学士文凭，这前前后后又花了4年念书，虽然日子难熬，总算熬出出头了。记得那时候收到NTV 7的邀请，上了Bella英语访谈节目与观众分享中医美容的内容，突然之间病人蜂拥而至，我的努力也渐渐被看到了。

人家说学中医一定是中国文化底蕴很深的人，我的同学都是东方传统家庭长大的，

琴棋书画都难不倒他们。 看回自己，华语也掌握得不太好，实在惭愧。唉! 我觉得自己对中国文化了解不太深，所以只要有空就上东方哲学课，学易经、黄帝内经、阴阳五行等古代天文地理学说等。

在中国留学的日子是我人生的另一个转泪点，这是个坚苦的磨练，一辈子难忘呀! 在哈尔滨学习的日子过得十分充实，早上去医院跟教授实习 (站一个早上，超累的~)，下午去课室上课(坐一个下午，想睡觉~)之外，还要应付极端的气候。黑龙江的冬季一到，比较正常的温度是负20度，一不小心着凉，班上一半以上的同学就马上感冒了。我们只有动脑筋为自己开药方，在宿舍里熬药。 在国外留学最不容易处理的，就是人际关系。很多同学平时相处蛮融洽的，但是住在一起久了，生活习惯不同，反而容易起冲突。我很幸运，我的屋友Vincent与我住在一起从来都没吵过—次架。另外，我的同学程学森在我断粮之际(国际汇款出问题)借钱给我; 干妈莲倩年龄比我大20年，每当我遇到问题时，她都会以长辈的身份劝慰我，我很感谢她分享很多佛法及做人的道理来帮助我; 还有勤奋好学的林春，她抄写的笔记无人能比，除了借笔记给我，她还教会我煮素菜。在实习的最后一个阶段，我对妇科、肾科及皮肤科都很有兴趣，为了专注一点，决定主修皮肤科。我只要一有空就拉着几个同学去图书馆复印古书、到医院皮肤科门诊抄药方、还把很多中医的皮肤科研究文献下载到光盘保存。毕业之际，皮肤科教授突然拜访国际教育学院的主任，原来他称赞我们这几个学生太好学了，他很久都没遇过那么疯狂的学生了。其实，我们才要感谢这里的老师，他们的医术那么高也不私藏，把全部医术都传给我们。另外，也感谢中国学生，他们很照顾我们这些留学生。

时间过得很快，念完中医课程，在吉隆坡行医也迈入第十个年头了，我反问自己: 我我算是大器晚成吗? 因为父母健在、人生的志向也达成了，所以就有了念头回沙巴发展。由于我是个思绪稠密的人，不太喜欢在人多与东西多的吵杂环境工作，所以选择在Aeropod Commercial Square 开了间“隐密式”的中医皮肤科的小诊所，我把—切都简化，能在麻雀虽小，五脏俱全的简单空间里工作，就觉得很幸福了。对登门的病人而言，他们的隐私将会得到保障，我绝对不会让病人的资料外泄，这是我对病人的承诺。

一般上，我的工作都是围绕在制作纯中药护肤品用来治疗黑斑、皱纹、过敏等皮肤问题。另外，我也为病人量身定制中药保健品，用来改善健康、衰老等问题。有一部分的产品也卖到英国、美国、澳洲、新加坡、香港、中东国家等。上门看病的也有许多外地人，外国人也包括新加坡、汶莱、中国的客人，因为小诊所距离亚庇国际机场只有5分钟的车程，他们喜欢上来买量身定制中药保健品及皮肤外用产品。除外，还有一些吉隆坡的旧顾客，通常都是打电话来订购产品的。

我治病的方式有些不同，我希望病人先重视饮食、睡眠、管理压力、运动及心灵的调整，不要只是想着遇到名医吃了某个神仙药就能马上痊愈。说难听一些，人只会逐渐衰老，生病，然后死亡，如果相信任何疾病经过治疗会“断根”，这是违反自然规律的想法而已。中医的方法是让你在活着的时候更认识自己的体质，健康地生活，少得疾病，定期修复，提高生活素质，然后顺应着大自然的规律去生活。

我的工作时间，分成三分，三分之一的时间是接待病人，三分之一的时间是读书，最后三分之一的时间是制药、配药。无可否认，从事这一行业的压力很大，工作久了很容易食古不化、脾气暴躁，所以一有机会，我会出国旅行，因为旅行可以开阔视野，启发创意，让脑筋灵敏。有时候，我也乘机会了解外国人的养生保健方式，甚至研究他们的饮食文化及传统草药。空闲时，我喜欢运动，没有特别理由，只是为了健康，除此之外、我也喜欢写游记，去年在无心插秧之下，写了一篇有关伊朗的文章，结果星洲日报副刊拿去刊登了。

湿疹—一瓶椰子油就搞定

得了“湿疹”又痒又疼，很多人愁得不得了。辗转治疗，散尽千金，也不见好。然而如果何医师告诉你，对付大部分湿疹，初榨椰子油就行!  你信吗?

其实湿疹是一种由多种内外因素引起的“皮肤过敏”反应，想要保护好皮肤，就得保护好皮肤的两层结构，一层是皮肤角质层，一层是角质层外覆盖的一层脂膜。

看似普通的初榨椰子油既能更好地保护皮肤屏，又能减缓刺激反应。从前我在中国医院临床实习时，有“高层”偷偷把这个不能帮医院赚大钱的好东西介绍给我，抹初榨椰子油要遵循三原则：量足、多次、按摩。

量足：在用量上，针对皮肤干燥，患有特异性皮炎的孩子，要使用超过平时润肤的用量，厚厚地抹上一层，因为量大才能起到作用，一般一周就要用完250克。

多次： 对于湿疹十分十分之严重的病人及皮肤干燥得发痒难耐的老年人而言，除了量足，还得每天反复多次，不厌其烦地涂抹，加固保湿力度。一般而言，一天抹上4到6次才算正常。并不是洗完澡才抹，不洗澡也得抹！通常医生都不会告诉你这些秘诀，你反复发作就不停开副作用很大的西药、类固醇膏给你用。

按摩：除了用对量，还得学会涂法，否则三下五除二一股脑推匀，反会伤害皮肤。正确的涂抹手法是，手掌、手指形成一个扇形面，轻轻地把药膏推开，轻轻地揉，按摩，让初榨椰子油吸收得更均匀，给孩子揉得更舒服。同时，揉搓还能起到一个止痒，按摩皮肤的作用。

2、用你的拇指和食指抓住阴茎轴的（底部），四周一齐抓。用你的食指和拇指打一个OK的手势，由此你的阴茎将你被紧紧抓住并夹在中间。

3、拿你的拇指和食指和在你的阴茎周围一直挤压和并向前缓慢滑动，以迫血液向前流如阴茎主体内的细胞薄壁和龟头内。

4、每次当你向前挤奶时，在阴茎以内血液空间将被迫变得更大。当一只手向前向龟头方向做挤奶时另一只手抓住阴茎根部（如前所述）。如此循环练习，每次间隔一秒钟。在一天至少30分钟的强烈的Jelq练习以后，你的阴茎应该有一定的悬挂度，尽管大小上会有所差异。

你知道开裆裤到底蕴含着什么样的育儿智慧？

如今随着人们生活水平的提高，小孩穿的开裆裤逐步被纸尿裤所取代了，然而，你知道开裆裤到底蕴含着什么样的育儿智慧？ 

关于开裆裤，网上抨击的文章一大把，几乎找不到一条对它的赞美，全是口诛笔伐，被批的体无完肤：不卫生，不安全，尿路感染，长蛲虫，外伤，被变态骚扰……开裆裤的存在完全是因为过去没有纸尿裤，是为了方便把屎把尿，是为了省去洗尿布的烦恼……时代在进步，开裆裤是个落后的东西……

真的如此吗？

既然有这么多坏处，为何中国人还穿了几千年开裆裤？

了解了中医思想，你才会知道对于一些流传了千年的做法，现代人的内心是需要一些敬畏的。

明代医圣万密斋的育儿秘旨里说道：“头要清凉背要温，露其下体养真阴。”这里说的是一岁或者说一岁半以内的小孩。

为什么要“露其下体养真阴"呢？

万密斋说了，“人生十六岁以前，气血俱盛，如日方升，如月将圆，惟阴常不足”，小儿体质有“阳常有余，阴常不足”的特点。阴常不足体现在哪里?阴虚火旺，五心烦热，都是阴常不足的体现。

那么在穿衣上有什么对策？很重要的，就是开裆裤。

万密斋就说了：“童子，裳不裘帛。”什么意思？裳，下体的衣服；帛，温软甚于布；裘，皮衣，温软甚于帛。也就是说，下体要穿得薄，你在下面不能用厚厚的棉絮裹，更不敢下面穿皮衣。冬天冷，很多家长给孩子穿秋裤毛裤牛仔裤，包得层层叠叠的，孩子跑都跑不动。这其实是在糟蹋孩子的身体。

万密斋又说：“ 下体主阴，得寒则阴易长，得温暖则阴暗消。”孩子在一周以内的变化是非常大的，从头能立，到能翻身、能坐、能爬、能走，发展非常快，这就是阳的作用。但在古人看来，阴阳是相对的，阳长得快，阴是不足的。如果下体包的太紧，阴就消掉了，这一消，会导致阳长得过快，将来会导致他阳的不足——别看现在长得快，以后可能就长不高啦。

所以不管是男孩女孩，想要生长发育得好，下面就一定不敢穿多。这就是光屁股的学问，真的并非图方便那么简单，而是对孩子一生影响深远的育儿智慧。

在影响孩子一生的成长发育大问题面前，开裆裤被抨击的那些问题已经不是大问题。不过就是一两年的时间，多费心些帮孩子做好卫生，多留心些保护他的安全，换来他生长发育的健康，这份辛苦是值得的。

这不是我们现代的医生说的，是两三百年前中医儿科大家告诉大家的。万密斋老先生活到97岁，他的家传儿科传到他是第三世了。我们中医上有一句话，“医不三世不为良医”——也就是医生啊，只有说三代都从医，到你这儿你才是个有成就的大家。万密斋就做到了这一点，所以在他身上，他很多的儿科观点，我相信是祖辈流传积淀下来的知识。

这件事也应该让我们反思，我们的骄傲让我们错失了多少优秀的传统文化？

传统习俗里到底都藏着什么智慧，这答案也许我们现在很多人不理解，然而就此否定它们，这对传统习俗来说，是不公平的。我想我们至少应该，为这些传统文化习俗，留一双探索的眼睛，留一只倾听的耳朵，去探寻一下它到底为什么存在，不要让这些背后的智慧，不明不白地消逝。

How time flies, it is the last month of the year, soon we will be stepping into the year of 2018. It is time to look back and analyze if our goals achieved.

Many years ago I was working in Kuala Lumpur for more than 10 years. In 2014, I decided to go back to my home town, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. It was a very difficult decision because I had left this small place when I was at a very young age. At Sabah, the operation of Homodesty Consultancy becomes very challenging, especially the slow paced working attitude and shortage of professional workers often giving troubles to my works.

This year, the biggest plan for my company is to move to a new office. Before that, it was located at Taman Seputeh, Jalan Damai. Now the new office is at Aeropod Commercial Square. This place is opposite to a train station, 3 mins drive from the international airport and within 5 mins drive, you can reach the capital city, Kota Kinabalu. For your info, Sabah is very famous for the sunset view, beautiful island for scuba diving, fresh seafood, jungle hiking at the rain forest and mountain climbing at the highest mountain in South East Asia - Mont. Kinabalu .

It took me more than 6 months to plan about the interior design and renovation work in the new office. Problem occured when we started the renovation works. At here, we have to due with careless, irresponsible and low abilities workers. There was an old saying in my home town : if you have renovation at your place, make sure you always be there and closely monitoring the workers. Anyway, the opening date of the new office had delayed because of a lot of uncontrollable situation.

During the few months of the renovation work in my office, my immune system has became weak. Because of high stress, too much worries and insomnia, a long disappeared Eczema attacked again! The skin was extremely itchy, red rashes appeared all over my neck and it felt like burning. Without thinking too much, I went to a doctor, he gave me Efficort Cream, suggested me to do some kind of allergic test and strongly recommended a kind of drug (with unknown side effect) to be taken for long term. I rejected the blood test and the dangerous medication, just bought the cream. In 5 days of using the cream, the rashes seem to reduced 50%. I didn't continue because I noticed the skin of my neck was gradually became thin, it was like a transparent paper. When the skin was thinning, it wasn't a good thing.

I was so stupid, why I didn't think of using the Chinese medicine method to treat myself? It must be my mind had been interrupted by the renovation stuffs until I forgotten I am a Chinese medicine doctor. So I immediately diagnosed myself, then used cupping to remove the heat and detox from the skin. As you can see from the photo, the skin at acupoint turned dark red, that indicated the waste metabolic sustances had been removed. After that I create a herbal supplement (no side effect at all) to treat the Eczema, the selected herbs work as effective as Anti-Histamine medication. Within 1 or 2 days, the rashes and itchiness gone. 

This Eczema experience taught me some lessons. It told me about the balance of the body, mind and soul are very important. The high level of stress, poor rest, worries, depress, angry etc can weaken the immunity. Same thing apply to those who suffering from skin pigmentation issue, when your health is poor, emotionally stressed, the dark spots / patches will spread or become darker.
